WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Parents and students:
If you wish to enrol or enrol a student with Love Art, we will collect the following personal data: your name , parent or guardian’s name; contact and address details; emergency contact numbers; students name, and any medical conditions or special needs the student has. If the student is over 16 years of age, please ensure that you have their permission to share these details with us.
Art classes with Love Art will from time to time take photographs and film footage of students during class time for use in Art classes with Love Art marketing and publicity material (both online and offline). We do not take images of students faces. We capture art being created and the finished artworks. If you do not wish or the student you are enrolling to be photographed/filmed please let Art Classes with Love Art know in writing or email hello@loveart.ie
Online payments made to Art Classes with Love Art are processed securely by WIX online Payments or Apple Pay and the information you provide is communicated in a strongly-encrypted format between Sum up and your bank or credit card company. Love Art does not directly collect, process or store financial information.
DATABASE
When you book with Love Art your details are added to our marketing database unless you choose to opt out.
We send out regular digital mail outs & webtexts.
If you ever wish to be removed from the database just email, text or call with the word remove and we will remove all your details from the database.
