Terms of Participation
1. Terms and conditions apply to all Art Classes with Love Art classes. This includes but is not limited to: applications on behalf of students by a parent or guardian, aligned events and events run with and for adult students and junior students.
2. Love Art Classes reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions as necessary.
3. Love Art classes wholly reserve the right to exclude/refuse students from classes, for reasons of but not limited to: unsuitability, disciplinary, incompatibility of classes or surroundings or other at our own discretion.
4. Love Art reserves the right to make changes to the timetable and assigned teaching staff.
We will do our best to notify all participants or guardians of any changes in a timely efficient manner.
5. Fees & Cancellation: Your place will be secure once we receive your fees. If you wish to cancel
your booking we will make a full refund up to 5 working days before the commencement of
the chosen art term. Once the term has started and students have attended classes there is no refunds for

6. Adults participating in arts & crafts classes do so at their own risk. This must be acknowledged at booking by ticking the T's & C's box. Students participating at the parent/guardian’s own risk and parents/guardians enrolling children and teenagers into art clubs must acknowledge our terms and conditions upon booking.
7. You are obliged to inform Love Art classes and its staff of any existing significant medical conditions, allergies or special needs. Please note: Any information provided will be treated as confidential
8. If your child has additional needs or requirements please contact Love Art before booking. If your child whilst in a class or school setting, ordinarily needs an SNA unfortunately we would not be able to accommodate them in the group class. It is only one teacher per small group of children and would not be able to give continual one on one personal attention to one individual student that would be required, as it is a group class. Apologies for any inconvenience.
9. Arriving late will disrupt the class, please be considerate of other participants and your teacher and be on time. Arriving late may result in not being admitted to the class whilst still being charged for it.
10. Your child will not be permitted to leave the premises until an established / recognised family member, friend
or child minder is there to collect them. Please inform us if you wish to make alternative
arrangements or wish your child to walk home.

Love Art assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for any damages to,
or viruses that may infect, your computer equipment or other property on account of your
access to, use of, or browsing in the website.
Love Art will never contact you through text message, email or web link to verify your card details or pin number. We will also not contact you through text message or web link to confirm financial or personal details.
Your Payment details will be processed through the online checkout payment platform and
confirmed in an email online receipt.

Love Art reserves the right to use images shared by students to www.loveart.ie social media platforms and email correspondence in any future class-related marketing or promotional strategies, online or offline.
